Digital downloads (e.g., PDFs, online courses, guides) are delivered immediately after purchase. Because digital content cannot be returned once accessed, all digital product sales are final.

Copyright and Use:
All digital content sold or distributed by Rete Sport and Rete Athletes Club — including programmes, PDFs, videos, graphics, and written materials — remains the intellectual property of Rete Sport.

You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use these materials for your own training and education only.

You may not:

  • Copy, share, reproduce, or republish any materials publicly or commercially.

  • Repackage, resell, or distribute the content under your own name or brand.

  • Upload or share our products to file-sharing sites, social platforms, or group chats.

Violation of these terms constitutes copyright infringement and may result in legal action.

5. Coaching & Membership Services

Coaching and membership services are provided on a one-time or subscription basis.

  • Cancellations: you may cancel an active membership at any time via your account or by contacting us.

  • Refunds: once a membership period or coaching session has begun, no refunds will be issued for services already delivered.

  • Transfers: sessions can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.

All prices are in GBP (£). Payments are processed securely via third-party providers such as Stripe or PayPal.

You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorise us to charge your payment method for purchases made through our Sites.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials on our Sites — including text, designs, graphics, logos, programmes, and videos — are the property of Rete Sport and protected under UK and international copyright law.
